Distribuidora Rang is a company specialized in distributing food products. Focused on quality and efficiency, it serves various market segments. **Responsibilities:** Phone-based customer service. Prepare control spreadsheets and update existing controls. Prepare reports requested by the manager, verifying data accuracy and reliability. Support the logistics department by guiding, assisting, and backing up delivery drivers on routes and in the closing room—handling and registering customer service requests and monitoring administrative processes. Adhere strictly to deadlines and execute assigned tasks promptly. Organize physical document archives, digitize and store documents on the server, and locate documents upon request. Register documents delivered to other departments. Report any process discrepancies to the manager—even if corrective actions have already been taken. Assist with inventory, distribution, and fleet activities as needed. Issue breakage and consumption invoices. Serve customers and issue fiscal invoices/receipts, and reconcile accounts at the end of each shift. Previous experience as a Logistics Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Analyst, or Logistics Operator may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required. Saturdays, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. 2nd Shift: Monday to Saturday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
