Teamwork and a mindset of continuous improvement Position: LOGISTICS ANALYST (client description: SAP FFI BRA Analyst) Job Description: The role involves supporting the fluidity, accuracy, and efficiency of internal physical flows, ensuring that materials, parts, and components circulate correctly among production areas, warehouses, and loading docks, thereby contributing to productivity, safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement of logistics processes. On-site position. Working Conditions: Industrial environment, constant interaction with production and operational logistics areas, use of PPE when required. Daily Responsibilities: * Plan, control, and monitor internal material movements, ensuring timely supply to production areas. * Monitor, analyze, and adjust logistics parameters, including internal routes, replenishment frequency, and storage layout. * Perform logistics data analysis to identify deviations, trends, and optimization opportunities. * Resolve inventory discrepancies related to internal movements. * Monitor and validate system entries (WMS/ERP). * Conduct and support rotating, cyclical, and full inventories. * Track and update performance indicators (accuracy, productivity, internal OTIF, lead times). * Lead and support continuous improvement projects using tools such as 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, and VSM. * Propose and implement improvements in internal flows to reduce waste and increase efficiency. * Collaborate with Production, Warehousing, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure operational alignment. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices during internal movements. Requirements (experience and qualifications required to perform the job responsibilities): * Education: Technologist or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Hands-on experience with internal material movements, line feeding, or warehouse operations; ERP/WMS usage; inventory routines. * Preferred Qualifications: Experience in continuous improvement (Lean); Knowledge of SAP or similar systems. * Technical Competencies: o Internal logistics knowledge (KANBAN, routing, FIFO, milk\-run). o Logistics data analysis (advanced Excel, charts, dashboards, KPI tracking). o Continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, basic Lean). o Basic understanding of inventory planning and accuracy. * Behavioral Competencies: o Organization and attention to detail. o Analytical ability. o Proactivity. o Clear and objective communication. o Teamwork. o Mindset of continuous improvement.
