PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Logistics) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics or Administration. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in Logistics training and/or courses. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and detailed description of activities carried out; b) Copy of the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating alignment with the target position (only if the CTPS registration title matches the requirement stated in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service provision, supplemented by item “a” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience. **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** § Experience delivering courses and lectures. § Enrollment in postgraduate studies. § Computer literacy. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
