Ensuring legal compliance in all processes We are looking for an HR Assistant to handle onboarding processes for launch stores, ensuring organization, legal compliance, and a positive experience for new employees from the very beginning of their journey with the company: Key Responsibilities: \- Conduct store staff onboarding procedures; \- Organize training logistics; \- Request and review all candidate onboarding documents; \- Address candidate questions regarding the onboarding process; \- Register employees in the Senior system; \- Schedule medical examinations.
