Job Function Summary: Manage fleet operations for the headquarters and branches; monitor and verify traffic fines, vehicle documentation, and maintenance (cars, trucks, and machinery); manage vehicle leasing contracts; handle manifests and risk management; oversee tachographs, driver meal allowances, and fueling; manage routing and driver dispatch; refuel vehicles; issue service orders, prepare budgets, and generate department-related reports; close commission calculations; perform transportation department management tasks; respond to preventive and corrective maintenance requests for vehicles; open and follow up on insurance claims with drivers.
