




**Position: Financial Assistant** We are seeking an organized, proactive, and committed Financial Assistant to support our administrative and financial routines. If you pay close attention to detail, enjoy working with numbers, and seek professional growth, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** Sending and receiving bank remittances; Sending invoices via email; Generating collections reports for sales representatives and standalone invoices (NF avulsas); Recording sales and crediting credit card payments; Verifying, closing, and digitizing delivery notes (romaneios); Clearing paid checks and cash payments; Recording inventory shortages in the system and updating spreadsheets; Submitting custodial checks to the bank and organizing sight checks; Generating payment links (credit card); Issuing partial return invoices (NF de devolução parcial); Billing sales and transfer invoices; Generating credit reports by sales representative. **Requirements:** Preference given to candidates currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles; Knowledge of billing processes is a plus; Experience in accounts receivable and in issuing/controlling invoices; Intermediate proficiency in Excel; Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and possessing strong communication skills. **Compensation:** Base salary: BRL 3,000.00 + performance bonus Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Salary range: BRL 1,724.03 – BRL 3,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
