Job Summary: This Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst will map and analyze processes, identify inefficiencies and opportunities, and support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects. Collaboration with business areas with a focus on results Position: Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst Responsibilities and Duties Map and analyze operational and administrative processes; Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities; Support process standardization and documentation; Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects; Collaborate with business areas to implement new workflows and practices; Monitor performance indicators and propose adjustments; Utilize process modeling and management tools (BPMN, SIPOC, among others) Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Production Engineering, Information Technology, Process Management, or related fields; Knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management) is desirable. Desired Tools and Knowledge Process modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, ARIS); Intermediate/advanced Excel; Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies; ERP and corporate systems knowledge is desirable; Looker Studio and Tableau knowledge is desirable; Behavioral Requirements Analytical thinking and attention to detail; Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams; Proactivity and organizational skills; Focus on continuous improvement; Adaptability and quick learning ability; Curious, investigative profile oriented toward results.
