Today, we have over 2,300 employees; our headquarters is located in Maringá-PR, and we maintain over 70 branches across Brazil. **\#jointhetpteam** If you have questions about applying to our job openings, access support by clicking here: https://support\-candidates.gupy.io/hc/pt\-br **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Buyer** at Transpanorama, your responsibilities include: * Conducting replenishment procurement to ensure adequate supply of materials, products, and services aligned with internal demands; * Handling emergency and event-based purchases, ensuring timely acquisition of required items; * Issuing purchase orders, monitoring delivery deadlines, and ensuring compliance with agreed specifications; * Analyzing internal procurement needs, considering technical specifications and requirements from requesting departments; * Researching and selecting suppliers, qualifying them according to company-established criteria; * Identifying cost optimization opportunities and exploring viable alternatives to reduce expenses; * Participating in strategic negotiations with key suppliers to build robust, long-term relationships; * Staying updated on the supplier market and procurement trends to continuously improve processes; * Preparing procurement reports, providing internal insights, and supporting strategic decision-making; * Meeting department-defined performance targets through established KPIs and goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Professional experience in procurement/supply chain; * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic knowledge of negotiation techniques, procurement practices, and supplier management; * Familiarity with procurement management systems and/or ERP systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in procurement within transportation or logistics companies. **Additional Information** **Benefits Designed For You!** At Transpanorama, your well-being, development, and quality of life come first.
