We seek professionals who operate practically, responsibly, and with a focus on productivity in an industrial environment. Main Responsibilities * Interpret **engineering drawings and project specifications** * Perform layout, cutting, rolling, and assembly of metallic raw materials * Carry out assembly of **structures, tanks, ducts, and metallic equipment** * Prepare parts for welding, including beveling, alignment, and tacking * Operate equipment such as **shearing machines, plate rolls, torches, and band saws** * Perform adjustments, squaring, and dimensional verification of parts * Carry out finishing tasks, such as grinding and deburring * Comply with **safety, quality, and internal procedures** Requirements * Completed elementary education * Experience as a boilermaker * Knowledge of **reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings** * Experience with thermal cutting, especially **torches** * Hands-on experience operating machinery such as **plate rolls and shearing machines** * Familiarity with measuring instruments, such as tape measures, calipers, squares, and levels * Experience assembling metal structures and industrial equipment * Knowledge of metallic materials, such as carbon steel and stainless steel Behavioral Profile * Attention to detail and precision in execution * Responsibility for safety and quality * Organization and discipline * Proactivity in problem-solving * Ability to work effectively in teams * Commitment to deadlines and productivity * Adaptability to different projects * Good communication with team members and leadership * Carefulness and diligence regarding part finishing Work Schedule * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM * Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM * Overtime may be required upon supervisor’s request Benefits * On-site cafeteria * Group life insurance, with no payroll deduction * Transportation allowance * Medical and dental assistance after probation period * Attendance bonus * Pharmacy benefit and ECX card, with payroll deduction based on usage, available after probation period How to Apply Interested candidates must register for this position and submit their resume via the link: https://inovetmg.pythonanywhere.com/rh/vagas/ Join **I9 TMG** and grow your career with us!
