This professional will be responsible for monitoring shipments, supporting representatives, and updating information in systems. **Responsibilities** * \* Proactively contact customers to schedule and confirm collections of modems and card machines * \* Conduct onboarding and training of motorcycle couriers (collection procedures, app usage, and customer service conduct) * \* Verify service orders to validate payments, disbursements, and contractor closings * \* Prepare performance reports (KPIs), including success rates, reasons for failure, and productivity * \* Ensure verification of serial numbers (S/N) and integrity of returned equipment * \* Support improvement initiatives for route and operational process optimization **Requirements** * \* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency and ease of use with systems * \* Experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service * \* Strong communication skills to support field teams **Benefits** * Meal allowance of R$ 30.00 per day (20% deduction from credited amount); * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance of R$ 270.40 (3% deduction from credited amount); * Health and dental insurance fully covered by the company for the employee; * Life insurance fully covered by the company; * Pharmacy benefits (available after 3 months).
