Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage inventories, receive and verify invoices, and control materials and equipment at our Paranaguá branch.

**WAREHOUSE CLERK**
We are looking for a **WAREHOUSE CLERK** to work at our **Branch** in **Paranaguá**.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Receive sales invoices and verify them against the inventory system data, as well as process their payment.
* Align requests via CRM and NIMBI with orders placed by Procurement and adjust them if necessary to ensure alignment.
* Prepare the weekly consumption report for the repair workshop.
* Submit the monthly consumption report for Reefer container parts and PPE.
* Transfer Reefer container parts/materials between depots.
* Supply Reefer container parts/materials to vessels upon request.
* Perform system write-offs in MDI TOTVS for parts/materials requested by requesting departments, entering the supplied part codes into material/part requisitions (PPE / Forklift / DRY / Reefer).
* Request parts/materials for inventory replenishment, analyzing stock levels to ensure alignment with the reorder point.
* Control seal inventory, segregating seals for exporters/depots and supplying seals to exporters/depots.
* Refuel operational equipment on demand.
* Conduct cyclic inventory counts.
Control materials according to FIFO.
* Execute the entire PTI process (create and approve estimates and generate reports).
* Monitor daily material usage.
* Submit monthly departmental reports to internal requesters (Finance, Maintenance, etc.).
* Prepare repair estimates for machinery.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Completed high school education
* Higher education in progress and/or related technical course preferred
* Knowledge of terminal equipment, materials, and services
* Mandatory Training: NR 1 \- Occupational Safety Integration NR 6 \- Use of PPE NR 20 \- Flammable and Combustible Materials (Intermediate Level Course)
