




· Reports on deliveries made by carriers; · Follow-up on deliveries, verifying issue date, city, state (UF), actual delivery deadline, promised delivery deadline, and whether deliveries were made on time or delayed, ensuring compliance with the shipping SLA; · Release of shipments; · Verification of all orders entered into the system, generating release reports after validation process; · Confirmation with the route planning team regarding whether all orders are included or if any changes or additions are required to the released shipments; · Preparation of shipment documents, printing of invoices (NF), manifests (romaneios), and correction letters when applicable; · Support to carriers via WhatsApp, assisting with operational queries and incidents; · Support to the SAF department in order tracking, pending items, and clarifications regarding unbilled orders. - Completed High School - Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields is considered a plus - Intermediate Excel proficiency - Preference for candidates with experience using the Totvs system Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays – 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM R$ 2.123,00 Amadelli – Ibiporã Distribution Center, Rua Alberto Negro 550 – Ibiporã Business Park Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.123,00 per month Work Location: On-site
