Communicative, discreet, proactive profile with strong interpersonal skills. **Responsibilities:** * Opening and closing the temple and its premises; * Activating alarms and security devices; * Turning building and exterior lights on and off; * Patrolling inside the facilities for inspection; * Monitoring public movement in the courtyard and surrounding areas of the property; * Summoning tactical or police support in cases of imminent risk; * Recording abnormal incidents and reporting them to responsible parties; * Directing vehicle parking; * Controlling and directing the flow of people to appropriate departments; * Identifying maintenance and security improvement needs related to lighting and infrastructure; * Supervising institutional property security; * Ensuring the well-being and safety of people; * Assisting in preparations for events and meetings. KNOWLEDGE: BASIC MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SKILLS – E.G., LIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT, FAUCET REPLACEMENT, SCREWING, MINOR REPAIRS. PROFILE: COMMUNICATIVE, DISCREET, CONFIDENTIAL, PRO-ACTIVE, AND SKILLED IN INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS.
