Focused on unique experiences, the company promotes destinations and travel packages across Brazil and internationally. **What will you do in this role?:** Develop and implement performance- and conversion-oriented digital marketing campaigns. Create and monitor lead automation and nurturing workflows in RD Station. Develop tactics for lead acquisition and retention. Manage and optimize customer journey maps and sales funnels. Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams. Monitor KPIs and produce performance reports with actionable insights. Actively contribute to the creation of promotional ideas and initiatives.
