Strategic support to production and shipping SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION Receive, inspect, store, control, and distribute raw materials, supplies, packaging, and finished products, ensuring material integrity, traceability, and availability to meet production and other departmental demands in compliance with internal standards and applicable legislation, guaranteeing proper inventory management and adherence to quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Material Receipt and Inspection * Receive and inspect all raw materials, supplies, packaging, and promotional items, comparing information against the Invoice regarding quantities, requested technical specifications, delivery conditions, material quality, print quality, and damages. * Inspect labels for specific characteristics, material quality, and print quality. * Record data in the Inspection Form (FM/PRO 001\) and in the computerized system, ensuring traceability. * Notify Quality and/or Procurement departments of discrepancies or non-conformities. Storage and Organization * Organize and store products according to instructions and specifications for each item, ensuring their preservation and safety. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, complying with safety, hygiene, and GMP standards. * Apply inventory control methods such as FIFO (First In, First Out) or others defined by the company. Inventory Control * Enter the Invoice into the system. * Record and maintain updated controls for material inflows and outflows. * Identify replenishment needs and issue purchase requests when stock levels fall below the minimum threshold, informing the department head. * Conduct periodic inventories and report results to management. * Manage returns and reintegration of unused items back into inventory. Support to Production and Shipping * Fulfill requisitions for raw materials, packaging, and supplies by picking, inspecting, and delivering within required deadlines. * Enter finished products received from production into the system. * Prepare shipments for dispatch, including formatting, issuing analysis reports, and necessary documentation. * Prepare various shipments, including formatting, issuing analysis reports, and necessary documentation. * Generate inventory movement, material consumption, and inventory reports. Additional Responsibilities: * Control and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) upon signed “Responsibility Agreement”, maintaining updated records. * Label bottles, syringes, and boxes according to the product to be manufactured, ensuring correct identification. * Assemble transport boxes and cartridges for finished products. * Install reducer rings on pumps where applicable. * Enter and maintain up-to-date recipes/formulations in the system for Production Order issuance. * Suggest improvements to warehouse control, organization, and shipping processes. * Adjust and standardize item descriptions, quantities, and units in the Feline system. * Manage waste disposal appropriately and record data in the Form and computerized system, ensuring traceability. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, scales, labelers, etc.) and record data in the Form and computerized system, ensuring traceability.
