Support store layout organization to create an attractive environment. **VISUAL MERCHANDISER** Location: Maringá/PR We are seeking a **Visual Merchandiser** to organize and present products in-store, ensuring attractive displays that highlight collections and enhance customers' shopping experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and organize product displays in the sales floor and shop windows. * Ensure correct implementation of the store's visual merchandising strategies. * Support store layout organization, maintaining a visually attractive and well-organized environment. * Assemble and update shop windows and displays according to campaigns and collections. * Guide the sales team on proper product organization and presentation. * Monitor product restocking and presentation, ensuring adherence to the store’s visual standards. **Requirements:** * Experience or knowledge in visual merchandising, fashion, or window display organization (preferred). * Creativity, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail. * Organizational skills and planning ability. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Availability to work during commercial/shopping mall hours. **Salary Range** Competitive with market standards. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance/cost support.
