Excellent service to internal and external customers **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform building and corrective maintenance at group branches. Supervise contractors and third parties engaged in activities at group branches. Carry out preventive and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance on equipment. Perform welding repairs; maintain forklifts, ventilation systems, air conditioning, and refrigeration units. Conduct general maintenance tasks in civil, hydraulic, and electrical areas. Diagnose faults and perform technical assessments. Perform basic carpentry, joinery, and hydraulic services. Provide excellent service to internal and external customers by delivering accurate information. Assist with general company requests. **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- Driver's License - Class B Experience in electrical work is a plus.
