Activities: **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** The main mission of this position is to guard premises, public and private areas, with the purpose of preventing, controlling, and combating irregularities. Ensuring the safety of people and property, and compliance with laws and regulations. Receiving and controlling the movement of people in both freely accessible and restricted areas. Inspecting people, cargo, and property; escorting people and goods. **SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES:** Reporting incidents occurring during the surveillance period to immediate supervisors. Controlling the movement and presence of people—as a security measure—as well as vehicles and material assets, performing identification and registration when required. Conducting surveillance of the company by patrolling and inspecting its premises to prevent fires, thefts, unauthorized entry, and other abnormalities. Recording incidents and actions taken during the shift in the incident logbook, to inform immediate supervisors and enable decision-making to correct identified irregularities. Conducting inspections and patrols throughout all service post premises to prevent situations that could jeopardize the integrity of the building, equipment, and the safety of staff and users.
