Select and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal conditions in terms of price, quality, and delivery timelines. Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of essential materials for transportation operations. Manage purchase orders and guarantee timely delivery of products and services. Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and identify optimal purchasing solutions. Monitor supplier performance, evaluating quality and adherence to delivery deadlines. Control the procurement budget, ensuring acquisitions meet company needs and requirements. * **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in procurement and supplier negotiations. * Knowledge of procurement management tools and inventory control systems. * Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems. * Understanding of taxation applicable to procurement, including ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, and tax substitution. * Basic knowledge of cost accounting and the impact of procurement on accounting entries. * Understanding of cash flow and analysis of payment terms (due dates, early payments, discounts). * Ability to align procurement decisions with fiscal, accounting, and finance departments. * Skill in interpreting invoices and contracts containing financial and tax clauses. * Proficiency in key performance indicators and reports on the financial impact of procurement. * Knowledge of fiscal compliance and assessment of tax risks when selecting suppliers. **Benefits:** Salary: R$3.500,00 Caju: R$1.244,00 per month—flexible use for meals, mobility, culture, and education; Amil Health Insurance—100% covered by us!
