Optimization of procurement processes **OPPORTUNITY FOR SENIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST** We are looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to join our team and contribute to the efficiency and excellence of our procurement processes. If you have procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, analytical insight, and passion for process optimization, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** Manage the end-to-end procurement process—from quotation requests through negotiation to contract execution with suppliers. Select and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery timelines. Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of essential materials for transportation operations. Oversee purchase orders and guarantee timely delivery of products and services. Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and identify optimal purchasing solutions. Monitor supplier performance, evaluating quality and adherence to agreed timelines. Control the procurement budget, ensuring purchases meet company needs and requirements. * **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in procurement and supplier negotiation. * Knowledge of procurement management tools and inventory control systems. * Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems. * Understanding of tax regulations applicable to procurement, including ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, and tax substitution. * Basic knowledge of cost accounting and the impact of procurement on accounting entries. * Understanding of cash flow and analysis of payment terms (due dates, early payments, discounts); * Ability to align procurement decisions with fiscal, accounting, and finance departments; * Skill in interpreting invoices and contracts containing financial and tax clauses; * Proficiency in performance indicators and reports on the financial impact of procurement; * Knowledge of fiscal compliance and assessment of tax risks when selecting suppliers. **Benefits:** Salary: R$3\.500,00 Caju Benefit: R$1\.244,00 per month for flexible use—meals, mobility, culture, and education; Amil Health Insurance plan with 100% coverage of monthly premiums by us!
