Senior Credit Analyst to assess and measure credit risk, preparing analyses to support business growth in Trucks, Buses, and Machines markets.
Key Highlights:

Transportation lies at the heart of contemporary society. Imagine leveraging your experience to propose sustainable transportation and infrastructure solutions for the future. If you seek to make a difference on a global scale—working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborative teams—then we may be the perfect match!
**Senior Credit Analyst**
-----------------------------
As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and measuring credit risk, preparing analyses according to internal criteria and policies to support business growth by analyzing Trucks, Buses, and Machines markets across their various applications—with financial monitoring and performance tracking of mid- to large-sized customers. As part of a global company, you will have the opportunity to interact with colleagues across the Volvo Group. Technical knowledge is valuable, but the drive to make a difference and grow will be essential.
**What You Will Do:**
-------------------------
At Volvo Financial Services, you will contribute to transforming our company, the transportation industry, and society as a whole. Therefore, we seek someone capable of performing accurate credit analyses for individuals and legal entities in the Trucks, Buses, and Machines segments—complying with internal regulations, BNDES, and the Central Bank—using your analytical skills to ensure the financial health of the VFS portfolio, supporting the OEM’s business and assisting our team by sharing knowledge to strengthen overall credit function efficiency.
**Who Are You?**
----------------
Do you dream big? So do we! And we’re excited to grow together. Thus, dedication and the willingness to learn will make all the difference in this role! To succeed, you must be flexible and resilient, possess financial and analytical technical skills for credit/market risk assessment, and be able to perform effectively in an environment subject to direct pressures (hierarchies and deadlines) and indirect pressures (audits and regulators). Prior experience in roles such as Senior Credit Analyst (preferably within captive banks) is required, and you must not hesitate to roll up your sleeves, make decisions, and pursue creative solutions aligned with regulatory and Volvo Group policies!
Interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills—in both Portuguese and English—are also essential, as we are part of a Global Group. Additionally, proficiency with the “Microsoft Office Suite” is highly important. A completed undergraduate degree—preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics—is required.
**What We Offer You:**
------------------------
We offer a robust compensation and benefits package, alongside a diverse workplace culture grounded in care and inclusion. Furthermore, we support your continuous development to achieve your career aspirations. Here, you’ll find leaders prepared to manage both our and your needs—enabling us to build an innovative and collaborative culture focused always on sustained success.
We understand you may not meet every requirement—and that’s perfectly fine. If you’re eager to learn, we’ll help you get there, because we remain open to learning too.
