Supporting store auditors If you are attentive, responsible, and enjoy working with security and processes, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor store areas through periodic virtual patrols; * Oversee store opening and closing; * Identify, communicate, and record violations of company policies and procedures; * Support store auditors during customer interactions; * Report incidents to relevant departments and complete incident reports. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of monitoring and image analysis; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a plus. **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security; * Basic knowledge of loss prevention; * Availability to work different shifts, if required. **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Shift from 2:10 PM to 11:50 PM (1 position) * Shift from 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM (1 position) Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Up to R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance Selection Questions: * Experience with CCTV / monitoring? * Availability to work from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM? * Availability to work from 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM?
