Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Controller to work on financial planning, process optimization, and performance indicator analysis in a solid company. Key Highlights: 1. Financial and budgetary planning development and monitoring. 2. Implementation and review of financial and operational processes and policies. 3. Cost and performance indicator analysis, with preparation of strategic reports. **WE ARE HIRING A CONTROLLER \- CAPRIGEM AUTO PARTS** If you are analytical, enjoy working with numbers, pay close attention to details, and seek an opportunity with a stable and continuously evolving company, this position may be right for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor financial and budgetary planning (budget and forecast); * Implement and review financial and operational processes, controls, and policies; * Analyze costs, expenses, and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities; * Develop and update reports and dashboards using BI (Business Intelligence) tools; * Use the Protheus ERP (TOTVS) to extract, verify, and analyze financial and accounting information; * Prepare monthly management and financial reports, providing strategic information to senior management; * Collaborate closely with Accounting, Tax, and Finance departments to ensure data integrity; * Contribute to the company’s strategic planning through financial analyses and simulations. **What We Expect From You:** * Proven experience in controlling, financial planning, or accounting; * Proficiency in Protheus ERP (TOTVS) and BI tools (Power BI or similar), advanced Excel skills, and strong ability to interpret performance indicators; * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Critical analytical ability, strategic vision, and attention to detail; * Commitment to integrity, accuracy, and results.
