Keep products neatly arranged and facing forward on counters and islands. Check product expiration dates. Defrost and maintain clean counters. Apply pricing labels to gondolas and refrigerated counters, replacing them when necessary. Slice cold cuts according to technical specifications and weigh products. Restock products at appropriate times, monitor expiration dates, and notify the stocking supervisor in advance. Perform assigned inventory reconciliation tasks. Assist in storage and organization of received goods. Portion products. Contribute to the organization and cleaning of the cold room. Participate in initiatives aimed at boosting departmental sales.
