




**We offer:** * Salary: **R$ 2,658.00** * Transportation allowance * Equipped kitchen and rest area * 1-hour break * Work schedule: **6 days on / 1 day off – 44 hours per week** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (or alternating) * Days off on Sundays and holidays **Responsibilities** * Organize documents and files. * Update spreadsheets, systems, and databases. * Track document and invoice inflows and outflows. * Attend to clients, suppliers, and colleagues. * Assist with procurement, inventory management, and administrative routines. * Issue invoices, receipts, and reports. * Support HR processes (onboarding, time tracking, recruitment). * Record expenses, assist with bank reconciliation, and sort financial documents. * Monitor orders, performance indicators, and deadlines. * Provide general support to HR, Finance, and internal departments. **Requirements** * Experience in Administration and/or HR. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources. * Must be at least 18 years old. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and basic logical/mathematical reasoning.
