




Job Summary: The candidate will work as an administrative/commercial assistant, performing inventory management, product registration, and supporting procurement and sales processes. Supporting procurement and sales processes The employee will perform the duties of an administrative/commercial assistant with the following responsibilities: - Prepare pick lists and pick products from the central inventory for restocking our sales centers; - Adjust programs in the company's information system; - Register new products and keep them updated in the system; - Receive goods at the central inventory; - Record incoming goods into inventory; - Conduct product counts for inventory control; - Monitor product expiration dates; - Support procurement and sales processes; - Monitor safety equipment; - Prepare reports.
