




Responsibilities * Attend customers in person and courteously at the concierge desk or information points; * Provide guidance on stores, services, events, and locations within the shopping center; * Support lost-and-found management and forward requests to the responsible departments; * Assist with promotional campaigns and customer relationship initiatives; * Deliver service with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on customer experience. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills (systems, e-mail, typing); * Previous experience in customer service (preferred); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Availability to work business hours (Monday to Friday); * Intermediate English or Spanish (an advantage).
