We enable IT solutions that ensure seamless integration among business-support systems, maintaining a structured and technologically up-to-date application architecture while meeting business requirements with high availability and performance. Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Locations: São Paulo, Curitiba, Recife, and Uberlândia. **Your Day-to-Day** As a Java Tech Lead, you will work within the Individual Credit team, with the following main responsibilities: * Design distributed, resilient, and high-performance solutions; * Act as a technical reference for engineering teams; * Integrate and modernize services involving Java, MongoDB, COBOL, and DB2; * Ensure service observability and health using Dynatrace, Elastic, and Datadog. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Java 17, Spring Boot, Quarkus, and JPA/Hibernate; * MongoDB, Redis, and DB2; * Experience with legacy COBOL environments; * Experience with CLOUD (Azure preferred); * Observability: Dynatrace, Elastic Stack, Datadog; * Messaging (Kafka/MQ); * Platform solution design for banking environments.
