Job Summary: The SDR will be responsible for lead prospecting and qualification, making the first contact and evaluating potential before forwarding leads to the sales team, as well as providing reports. Key Highlights: 1. Lead prospecting and qualification 2. First contact with potential customers 3. Delivery of opportunities to the sales team Base salary: BRL 1,500.00 + commission = average monthly compensation of BRL 3,500.00 Transportation allowance (VT) Meal allowance (VA) of BRL 23.00 per day On-site work, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Main SDR Responsibilities: * **Lead prospecting:** Identify and seek new potential customers through research and strategies such as cold calling, emails, and social media. * **Lead qualification:** Contact leads to understand their needs, verify alignment with the company’s ideal customer profile, and determine genuine interest in the product or service. * **First contact:** Conduct the initial interaction with the potential customer, educating them about the solution and assessing their readiness to advance in the sales funnel. * **Opportunity delivery:** Forward only duly qualified leads demonstrating potential to the sales team. * **Reporting:** Provide reports on activities and results to management. Essential SDR Skills: * **Resilience:** Ability to handle objections and rejections. * **Communication:** Skill to build rapport and spark the prospect’s interest. * **Emotional intelligence:** Empathy and self-awareness to understand and connect with people. * **Product knowledge:** Mastery of the company’s solutions to address inquiries and identify opportunities. * **Organization:** Time and productivity management to engage a high volume of leads.
