Career development plan available We are looking for a **communicative, proactive, and sales-passionate professional** to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Lead prospecting (active and passive); * Scheduling consultations and follow-up to ensure attendance; * Lead qualification prior to consultation; * Conducting personalized assessments, identifying client needs, and presenting Magrass plans; * Closing sales, processing payments, and explaining contracts; * Performing post-sales: monitoring client success throughout their weight-loss journey, satisfaction level, issues encountered, and social proof; * Re-engaging non-converting clients; * Establishing successful commercial partnerships; * Supporting the updating and innovation of sales processes. **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills and approachability; * Focus on results and motivation for challenges; * Organization and accountability; * Experience in sales and/or goal-oriented work is a plus; * Desire to grow with the company (career development plan available).
