RESPONSIBILITIES: Active outbound prospecting of new B2B customers, cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling; lead identification and qualification (profile, pain points, timing, and potential); initial understanding of customer needs (consultative diagnosis); scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team; CRM data entry and organization; structured follow-ups and contact cadence; support in building and improving call scripts, messages, and outreach approaches; collaboration with marketing (inbound leads and campaigns). .
