Key Responsibilities: * Handling and qualifying leads via WhatsApp and CRM (KOMMO) * Proactively contacting potential clients to understand their needs * Scheduling meetings between leads and lawyers * Recording all interactions in the CRM * Actively following up with leads * Supporting the marketing team to improve lead quality * Sending institutional content to reinforce authority * Tracking goals and performance metrics Requirements: * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education * Prior experience in customer service or sales, and familiarity with CRM is preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented * Comfortable working with targets
