Description: About the vacancy:* We are looking for a professional with solid experience in Quality within the Dairy / UHT segment, possessing a systemic vision, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to operate in complex and constantly changing environments. The professional will be responsible for coordinating Quality department activities, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and legal requirements (including SIF), as well as leading teams, monitoring production processes, conducting audits, and implementing continuous improvement actions. Main responsibilities:* Coordinate the unit’s Quality and Laboratory team; * Coordinate the execution of Quality processes, action plans, and routines. * Monitor and ensure quality control of processes, raw materials, and products. * Coordinate internal and external audits, providing technical responses to SIF and other regulatory bodies. * Monitor Quality performance indicators. * Collaborate with Production, PCP, and Maintenance departments to ensure compliance. * Support laboratory analyses, validations, innovations, and process changes. * Ensure compliance with internal Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental standards. Mandatory requirements:* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields. * Experience in people management and team coordination. * Solid experience in Quality within Dairy/UHT manufacturing industries. * Knowledge of Quality Management, conducting internal audits and supporting external audits, document management, and application of quality tools. * Experience with SIF routines and legal requirements. * Communication skills, leadership, critical analysis, and problem-solving abilities. * Resilient, organized, flexible, and results-oriented profile. Desirable requirements (advantage):* Knowledge of FSSC 22000 and integrated management systems. * Experience in continuous improvement and cost reduction. * Additional training in safety, quality, and external audits.
