If you identify with the requirements and responsibilities outlined below, apply now and join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and control the paint coagulation system, performing routine physicochemical analyses, Jar Tests, and monitoring of process parameters. * Manage chemical consumption and inventory, prepare and dose chemicals, operate centrifuges, and control sludge generation. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of containment basins, maintain correct tank levels, and guarantee continuity of the production process. * Carry out system start\-up, draining, and shutdown procedures—including under special circumstances. * Complete reports and checklists in compliance with quality, environmental standards, and internal audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma; Technical course in Chemistry (mandatory); Driver’s license (Category B) for forklift operation; NR11 training (Forklift) preferred; Knowledge of inventory and logistics preferred; Basic Microsoft Office skills; Willingness to work overtime; Desire to learn, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
