We provide an environment where you can gain the right kind of valuable development experience and ignite your professional journey**.** **WHAT OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE?** The apprentice supports daily operations within the production department, applying classroom knowledge in practice. Perform hands-on tasks such as visual inspections, equipment checks, leak detection, level and pressure verification, inventory management of maintenance parts and components, and removal of parts from receiving into the maintenance warehouse. **WHO CAN BECOME A CATERPILLAR APPRENTICE?** * Be between 18 and 22 years old (must complete the apprenticeship contract before turning 24); * Have completed high school; * Reside in Curitiba or Araucária; * Not have previously been a production apprentice; * NO PRIOR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; **BENEFITS AND LEARNING:** * Training Allowance * On-site Meals * Transportation Voucher * Health and Dental Insurance (Optional) * Employee Assistance Program * Training through a Partner Institution **DIVERSITY \& INCLUSION:** We have Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that discuss gender, sexual orientation, and generational diversity, supporting our efforts to build an increasingly inclusive workplace.
