Job Summary: Perform corrective and scheduled maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure proper operation and meet quality and production targets. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for lubrication, adjustments, and calibrations Perform corrective and scheduled maintenance on machines and equipment to keep them in operational condition and meet quality and production targets. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform corrective mechanical maintenance on machines and equipment (e.g., replacement of bitolastro, chains, belts, bearings, motors, machine adjustments) as needed; * Perform scheduled mechanical maintenance on machines and equipment (e.g., replacement of chains, belts, bearings, motors, machine adjustments) according to the maintenance schedule; * Implement improvements to machines and equipment as required and based on problem identification; * Complete maintenance reports based on work performed; * Assist in production and spare parts inventory control as needed; * Prepare sketches of mechanical parts for manufacturing as required; * Perform lubrication, adjustments, and calibrations on all mechanical and pneumatic equipment according to each machine's specifications, using appropriate tools and the lubrication schedule; * Update the lubrication schedule daily via EPlus (software) – if applicable; * Review sector maintenance reports daily through visual inspection to identify any maintenance requiring lubrication; * Perform scheduled and corrective mechanical maintenance across all departments upon request from mechanics, supervisors, and coordinators; * Conduct tests with new lubricants as needed and when working with new suppliers; * Report machine defects to supervision; * Manage lubricant inventory and purchase requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required** **Completed Technical Course in Mechanics or Electromechanics;** Working hours: **Availability is required** for rotating shifts (6x2) – variable schedules: 5:20 AM to 1:55 PM / 1:40 PM to 10:15 PM / 10:00 PM to 5:35 AM! **Desirable** * Prior experience in the industrial sector **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Company bus or transportation allowance – 6%; * Attendance Bonus (food voucher); * On-site meals / company cafeteria; * Discounts on coating products; * Wellhub; * Profit-sharing program. **Join Mohawk Brasil: where innovation and tradition build the future!** With 65 years of history, we are part of the global leader in coatings — the Mohawk Group.
