We seek a **proactive, organized, and hands-on professional**, who understands the dynamics of a small business and is willing to work both in the store and on deliveries. **Main Responsibilities** * Store organization and maintenance * Product restocking and shelf inventory verification * Placement and updating of price labels * In-store customer service and WhatsApp support * Order picking and verification * Vehicle loading * Support during deliveries alongside the company’s responsible person * Organization of empty large water bottles (garrafões) * Assistance in unloading trucks **Requirements** * Elementary or high school education * Prior experience in operational activities, logistics, inventory management, restocking, or customer service * Physical availability (handling 20/21 kg large water bottles) * Commitment, responsibility, and proactivity **Desired Profile** * Organized and responsible individual * Strong communication skills with customers * Practical and collaborative attitude * Ability to work effectively in a team * This is not an administrative position — it is an operational role **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed salary: **R$ 1\.800,00** * Weekly bonus: **R$ 100,00** (average of R$ 400,00/month) * Transportation allowance as per legislation **Additional Information** * Small-sized company * Direct work with the owner * Simple, organized, and dynamic environment * Position offers potential continuity after the probationary period Job Type: Full-time CLT, Temporary Contract Duration: 3 months Payment: R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
