Job Summary: Responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, actively prospecting customers, and managing the entire sales process—from initial contact to order issuance. Key Highlights: 1. Customer support via telephone, WhatsApp, and email **Main Responsibilities:** The candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying *leads* (potential customers) through various sources. Once leads are identified, they must contact them by telephone to introduce **Resseg Distribuidora**, and explain how our products and services can assist them in the **maintenance, repair, and operation** of their businesses—with a primary focus on serving industries, construction companies, and general service providers. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and qualify new customers; * Prospect potential customers through various sources, making proactive outbound calls; * Identify the correct decision-makers within a given company to present our products and services; * Register all customer information in our system for follow-up; * Support customers using assistance tools such as telephone, WhatsApp, and email; * Generate quotations and proposals for customers, issue orders, and monitor delivery to customers. **Desired Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification * More than 2 years of experience in internal sales (telephone-based) * Experience with Sankhya or similar ERP systems **Preferred Qualification:** * MRO industry background Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 – R$2.100,00 per month Screening Questions: * How many years of experience do you have in sales? * Do you have experience in MRO?
