Job Summary: The Foreign Trade Assistant will be responsible for analyzing and registering maritime import processes, interacting with teams, and suggesting system improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Comexpert currently has openings for a Foreign Trade Assistant at its branch located in Paranaguá. This position will be responsible for registering maritime import processes, which will later be deconsolidated in the customs system. *What will my typical workday be like?* Your typical workday will involve receiving import processes via the system from various Brazilian freight agents. *As a Foreign Trade Assistant, your responsibilities will include:* Analyzing received HBLs and MBLs, Registering document information according to each client's specific requirements, Thinking critically and suggesting improvements to our system and work methods, Sending messages to clients in case of errors identified in documentation, Periodically interacting with the Verification and Deconsolidation team to align process-related information, *Who are you?* Analytical: You possess quick reasoning skills, understand needs, and respond effectively. Target: A daily productivity target will be assigned. *Minimum Qualifications* Completed high school, Preferred: Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields, Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite, Experience with documentation (MBL and HBL), Ability to read and interpret HBLs and MBLs (will be tested!).
