Continuous professional development **Purchaser** **Summary:** The professional will be responsible for receiving and analyzing procurement requisitions, executing quotation and service procurement processes, negotiating prices and commercial terms, as well as contracting transportation and maintenance services. They will also support the enabling of contractor procurement processes, establishing policies and standards focused on cost reduction and result maximization. **Responsibilities:** * Issue and monitor purchase orders, ensuring deadlines, compliance, and alignment with internal policies; * Apply corporate procurement methodologies, ensuring proper implementation of company policy; * Structure, send, and analyze service quotations, performing technical and commercial comparisons; * Conduct negotiations with service providers, considering total labor costs and contractual conditions; * Define and apply negotiation parameters aligned with departmental guidelines; * Evaluate service provider performance, proposing improvements and corrective actions when necessary; * Support all stages of service and contractor procurement processes, working collaboratively with internal departments; * Identify alternative supply sources and optimization opportunities, seeking improved delivery performance for critical items and services. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in procurement and supply chain processes within the construction industry; * Negotiation and contract management skills; * Knowledge of procurement management systems (ERP); * Familiarity with technical specifications for construction materials and services is a plus; * Knowledge of the MEGA system is desirable; * Analytical, organized profile with strong negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills. **Benefits:** At Valor Real, we value every member of our team and invest in their growth and well-being.
