You will be responsible for developing and producing prototypes of our proprietary brand, ensuring each piece transitions from paper to physical form with precision, quality, and production feasibility. You will serve as a key link between design and manufacturing, developing solutions that facilitate assembly and enhance the end-customer experience. **Work Model:** On-site **Location:** São José dos Pinhais Responsibilities: **✨Key Activities You Will Lead:** Your primary responsibility will be ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to optimizing processes and developing new products under our proprietary brand, Madeira Original.* **Technical Operations:** Operate state-of-the-art carpentry equipment to produce prototypes and special components. * **Interpretation & Analysis:** Analyze and interpret technical drawings, ensuring full fidelity to the original design. * **Creative Partnership:** Support the creative team in new developments by providing the technical perspective of an expert carpenter. * **Engineering & Improvement:** Collaborate with the engineering department to adjust designs and propose new solutions that optimize production processes and product assembly. * **Furniture Assembly:** Perform complete assembly of prototypes and test batches, validating fit, hardware, and ease of assembly for the end consumer. Qualifications: **To Build Your Dream Environment, You’ll Need:*** Solid experience operating carpentry machinery and manufacturing processes. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Proactive mindset, focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement. * Desire to “roll up your sleeves” and reinvent how products reach people’s homes. **Education:** Technical course in Carpentry, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
