The mission of this role is to lead the strategy, creation, and management of brand content, ensuring consistency, relevance, and emotional connection with the audience across all channels. This person will be responsible for transforming the brand’s identity into powerful narratives that generate value, engagement, and positioning. Your responsibilities will include: * Defining and executing the brand content strategy aligned with the brand’s positioning. Overseeing the creation of institutional, editorial, emotional, behind-the-scenes, and value-driven content (posts, videos, scripts, series, podcasts, etc.). * Coordinating and developing teams of copywriters, scriptwriters, designers, and/or videomakers. * Managing the editorial calendar across multiple channels (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, blog, etc.). * Collaborating closely with branding, social media, paid media, and product teams to ensure narrative cohesion. * Measuring and analyzing content performance (engagement, reach, retention time, etc.). * Ensuring the brand’s voice and tone remain consistent and relevant across all deliverables. * Leading institutional narrative campaigns and key brand milestones (manifestos, special dates, launches). * Acting as guardian of the brand’s language and verbal universe. Requirements: * Degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. * Proven experience in brand content production and leading creative teams. * Mastery of storytelling, strategic writing, and multi-platform language. * Solid knowledge of branding and positioning. * Experience in digital, performance-driven, and community-oriented environments. * Strategic vision, aesthetic sensitivity, and the ability to orchestrate multiple projects simultaneously.
