The core objective of this role is to identify, qualify, and educate potential customers, overcoming initial objections to schedule qualified meetings for the Closers team. This professional ensures the sales pipeline is consistently fed with real opportunities, optimizing the commercial team’s time and increasing the company’s conversion rate. **The plays that depend on you** (daily responsibilities): * Identify and map potential leads via social media (Instagram, LinkedIn) and other sources, initiating first contact. * Contact leads arriving through digital channels within 5 minutes, ensuring agility in the initial response. * Make at least 50 calls daily, plus outreach via WhatsApp and email, following the defined communication cadence. * Overcome initial objections and demonstrate the value of BRW’s solutions to convert contacts into scheduled meetings. * Confirm appointments, manage follow-up groups, and reschedule “no-shows” (up to 3 attempts). * Accurately and rigorously update and organize information in the CRM in real time, ensuring complete history for Closers. * Continuously follow up with leads who have not yet advanced in the pipeline, maintaining active engagement. Requirements: **What makes you a starter** (requirements): * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong argumentation and active listening abilities. * Prior experience as a BDR, SDR, or in pre-sales or customer service roles. * Ability to handle high contact volumes and devise solutions to identify decision-makers in challenging accounts. * Practical knowledge of sales management tools and commercial process organization. * Ability to interpret basic conversion metrics and identify bottlenecks in one’s own performance. **Differentiators that get you off the bench** (added-value attributes): * Experience in B2B sales or within the sports retail/gym segment. * Knowledge of qualification methodologies (SPIN, BANT, GPCT). * Familiarity with commercial intelligence and sales automation tools. * Intermediate English proficiency.
