




Provide strategic support to the sales team and commercial management, ensuring agility in the customer service flow, data accuracy, and excellence in relationships with prospects and customers. **Your main responsibilities at Mastercorp:** * **Sales Support:** Provide operational support across the entire sales funnel (prospecting, qualification, and closing). * **Proposal Management:** Prepare detailed budgets and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies. * **Commercial Intelligence:** Keep the CRM updated and extract data for sales forecasting reports. Assist in compiling weekly performance data for management. * **Internal Interface:** Act as a liaison between the commercial team and the billing and logistics departments to ensure delivery of what was sold. * **Customer Service:** Address customer inquiries regarding orders and internal processes via phone, e-mail, and corporate WhatsApp. And other duties relevant to the position. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Prior experience with CRM tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:20 to 18:10 Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
