




Job Summary: This professional will support the purchasing manager in preparing reports, tracking offers, resolving discrepancies, maintaining master data, and executing internal promotions. Key Highlights: 1. Support the purchasing manager in reporting and negotiations. 2. Input and track offers in the system. 3. Maintain product master data and correct assortment. Responsibilities: Support the purchasing manager in preparing reports for negotiations; Input and track offers in the system; Prepare monthly closing reports; Correct price discrepancies; Generate reports for suppliers and keep product master data up to date; Support assortment correction and execution of internal promotions. Requirements: Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships. Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation. Proficiency in computer tools, such as Microsoft Office. Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Commercial Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday during business hours. Saturdays on a biweekly rotating basis.
