We are guided by values that shape all our interactions at work—ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** We seek a professional to handle reception for employees, third parties, and visitors; manage and deliver documents and materials; reschedule vehicle unloading appointments; control visitor, fleet, and other reception-related keys and PPEs; and perform other administrative controls related to the reception. * Reception for employees, visitors, and third parties; * Validation of third-party training and onboarding; * Telephone support and call routing to responsible personnel; * Registration of employees, third parties, and visitors in the access control system, managing ID badges per RFB Ordinances No. 30 and 31; * Management of access cards for employees, visitors, and third parties; * Control and organization of PPEs for terminal visitors; * Management of document and material receipt and delivery; * Manual logging of contingency entries and exits, and archiving of contingency access documents; * Control of key issuance and custody; * Support in managing third parties at the terminal; * Water order control and fleet management; * Purchase requisition initiation; * Documental, material, and tool organization, adhering to 5S principles; * Immediate reporting to supervisors of any process or procedure deviation; * Support the Security Unit in monitoring the area outside the reception. * Commitment to good practices of the food safety management system, standards, and procedures adopted by the company to ensure product quality. **Qualifications** * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Access Control System knowledge: Senior level * Desired: SAP system knowledge * Desired: Reception or Security training * Desired: Basic ISPS Code and Federal Revenue training **Additional Information** Additional Information for the job **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
