Job Summary: Responsible for accounting entries, reconciliations, month-end closing, support in preparing financial statements, ancillary obligations, and tax calculations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with ERP systems (SCI) and intermediate Excel skills. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (from the 3rd year onward); * Knowledge of accounting principles (accounting entries, bank and accounting reconciliations, account classification, trial balances); * Familiarity with accounting and tax legislation; * Experience with ERP systems (SCI); * Intermediate Excel skills; **Responsibilities:** Perform accounting entries in the system, classifying transactions according to the source document; conduct monthly accounting reconciliations by comparing source documents with system-recorded entries to ensure accurate accounting treatment; assist in month-end closing; support preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, and financial statements; generate financial statements and management reports; support submission of ancillary obligations (SPED, ECF, DCTF, REINF, etc.); support monthly tax calculations (ISS, ICMS, IRRF, PIS, COFINS, etc.); support issuance and monitoring of municipal, state, and federal certificates; organize and archive physical and digital company documents.
