THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of applications for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of SEST SENAT’s Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Traffic Instructor
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units extend to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) — employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.
**Workload:** 44 hours per week

**Job Summary:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction and imparts essential skills required for obtaining, modifying, or renewing driver’s licenses, as well as authorization to operate heavy vehicles; facilitates students’ learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars).
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):**
COMPLETED UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE.
The required qualifications must be verified via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or;
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTOR COURSES:** Instructor for Collective Passenger Transport Vehicles, Hazardous Materials Transport, School Transport, Emergency Transport, or Oversized Cargo Transport, issued by an institution accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency.
The required qualifications must be verified via:
a) Copy of the course diploma/certificate (VALID AT TIME OF APPLICATION).
VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH) — CATEGORY D OR E (WITH MINIMUM ONE YEAR HOLDING THAT CATEGORY).
The required qualifications must be verified via:
a) Copy of valid CNH.
**EXPERIENCE:**
PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING ACTIVITIES.
**VERIFICATION:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience verification must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of duties carried out;
b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature equivalent to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
Experience delivering lectures.
Pursuing postgraduate studies.
