Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist for in-person and telephone customer service, document organization, and information provision at the Iguaçu National Park. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and departmental routing 2. Recording interactions and ensuring customer follow-up 3. Organizing documents and service forms URBIA CATARATAS S/A, the concessionaire responsible for managing tourism operations at the Iguaçu National Park — home to the Iguaçu Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World in Foz do Iguaçu/PR — is looking for a RECEPTIONIST to join our TICKET OFFICE team. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers in person or by phone; * Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department; * Provide information to visitors; * Record complaints, requests, compliments, and suggestions in the system; * Ensure timely customer follow-up within established deadlines; * Organize documents, records, and service-related forms; REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Basic computer skills; * Strong writing and spelling skills for written communication; * Administrative organization and control; * Excellent verbal communication — clear and concise; * Empathy and ability to interact with diverse customer profiles; * Patience and professional demeanor when handling difficult situations; * Agility in addressing requests; * Proactivity and initiative to anticipate needs; * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure; * Punctuality, attendance, and responsibility.
