Greca Asfaltos is a company specialized in the production and commercialization of asphalt and derivatives. Focused on quality and innovation, it serves various infrastructure projects across Brazil. **What you will do in this role?:** Map and analyze the interface, processes, and activity flows among departments and group units. Map and analyze the processes, work methods, and activity flows of departments and group units. Evaluate process times, parameters, and effectiveness. Identify failures and improvement opportunities in company processes. Propose improvements and strategic changes to enhance processes and their compliance. Review existing processes and propose improvement actions. Develop, update, disseminate, and archive necessary documentation for procedures and workflows. Develop, implement, disseminate, and record new work processes. Disseminate, train, and raise awareness among teams regarding defined processes, methods, and activity flows. Identify non-conformities and propose improvement actions. Propose performance indicators to measure whether processes are being executed as intended. Monitor indicators and determine corrective actions if targets are not met. Maintain all existing company processes mapped and up to date. Control and validate process changes involving related departments.
